Dennis W. Miller
Chief Executive Officer, Director
Dennis W. Miller is the shareholder representative on the company’s Board of Directors.Mr. Miller is a Phoenix-based private investor who has made significant contributions to Core. An active investor in Arizona for more than thirty years, Dennis brings an abundance of knowledge and numerous contacts to the team. His experience working with publicly-traded companies and businesses specializing in financial arbitrage make him a valuable asset to the company on many levels. He spent the early part of his career in the financial services industry, ultimately serving as Senior VP at Primerica. He was co-founder/director of the Phoenix-based automotive finance company AutoCorp Equities, Inc. (ACOR) and eventually became President of Consumer Insurance Services Inc., ACOR’s captive Cayman Islands subsidiary. Until December 2013 Miller controlled G.C.T. LLC, a privately-held company specializing in pre-testing GPS products for major OEM’s like Garmin and Magellan. Dennis has taught numerous business seminars and sales training classes through out the United States. At present, he is fully dedicated to the growth and development Core Resource Management, as VP of Special Projects and Board Member.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Neal Duncan, as of July 1, 2016, was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will oversee the restructuring of the company. Mr. Duncan has more than 30-years of business management experience in operations with strict fiscal controls, managing strategic planning and implementing quality management programs. Most recently, Mr. Duncan has been advising Core regarding accounting, corporate record keeping and business process development. Mr. Duncan’s background and experience working closely with the board of directors makes him the ideal person to lead the company through the bankruptcy process.
Mr. Duncan is the founder and CEO of MyRadio, Inc. a new media and technology company providing affordable advertising to small businesses and has made investments in and/or sits on the board of several other startup ventures.
Other executive positions include being a co-founder of LifeLock, Inc., a venture capital-backed company that provides identity theft prevention services to consumers. Founder and CEO of AbleTel, a call center and information technology consulting company. Business development for Phase 2 Solutions, Inc., a telecommunications provider, which was sold to eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc. Corporate marketing for Ameritech, which later became part of the AT&T network. Oversaw the customer service and fulfillment operations of DST Output, a division of Kansas City Southern Railways. Oversaw operations for The Signature Group, a captive insurance seller for Montgomery Ward Life Insurance Company, which was then sold to GE Capital. Helped build one of the first prescription fulfillment programs in the United States with Stokeld Health Services Corporation in Davenport, Iowa, which was later sold to Express Scripts.
Mr. Duncan holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications and management from Western Illinois University.
